PURPOSE
To provide support in the implementation of employee/ employer relations activities in the department. This is a twelve-month contract.

KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge and understanding of Public Service Act and Regulation.
- Knowledge and understanding of departmental policies and procedures.
- Good understanding and knowledge of Labour Laws (LRA, BCEA, EEA and other labour related legislations) and Ethics issues.
- Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulation.
- Understanding of Confidential and Security Clearance prescripts.
- Communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Planning and organising skills
- Financial Management.

- Basic research and analytic skills.
