Key Performance Area/s:
- Daily capturing and processing of invoices from operations
- Daily capturing and processing of free-text invoices from operations
- Daily capturing and processing of missing invoices from supplier reconciliations
- Daily interactions with suppliers on account queries
- B-comm degree or similar qualification
- MS Excel - basic level
- Experience in a previous similar role advantageous
- Shared Services Experience advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Dynamic and innovative attitude
- Strong Interpersonal skills (team player)
- Well organized
- Admin orientated
- Computer Literate
- Professional appearance
- Ability to prioritize deadlines and meet all deliverables
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
