We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented Senior Recruitment Consultant to identify business growth opportunities, manage key accounts and reposition our Brand in the BPO sector.

Description and Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Proven experience in the Recruitment industry
- Proven Experience in Headhunting of rare skills or senior roles for large companies
- Knowledge of the recruitment Industry and established clientele in the BPO sector
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications with high competency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Flexibility to work long hours
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
- Strong business acumen and Detail-oriented
- Demonstrate excellent management, recruitment, communication, presentation and report writing skills
- Talent sourcing in various industries and Headhunting of Rare Skills in the private sector
- Manage Response Handling projects
- Providing insight into service offering and competitive positioning
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities in the private sector
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders, clients and candidates.
- Google Workspace knowledge
- Headhunting
- Candidate Screening
- End to End Recruitment
- 5 to 10 years Staff Recruitment/Selection and Bulk recruitment
