Business Analyst

We are a third-party logistics company with multiple locations in the US. We specialize in E-commerce warehousing and order fulfillment. We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy and detail-oriented candidate to your team. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce or logistics, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: EST 9-5pm

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and support software projects.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation and user stories for software vendors.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI to analyze performance, create dashboards, and track KPIs.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases to extract, clean, and analyze data.
• Track software project progress, coordinate with vendors, and resolve implementation issues.
• Support system enhancements, process improvements, and API integrations.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure follow-through on assigned tasks.
• Proactively identify project risks and propose creative, data-driven solutions.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in IT or BI, highly preferred in e-commerce or logistics.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Understanding of E-commerce and basic accounting.
• Like to learn new things and creative thinker.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
  

Computer Skills

• Microsoft Office including advanced Excel.
• PowerBI and other BI tools.
• SQL queries including Postgres and Python.
• Familiar with E-commerce and CRM systems.
• Capable in Project Management tools such as Jira, Trello, Slack.
