Job Summary

To provide administrative support to the HR Business Unit across the entire HR Value Chain.

Responsibilities

  • To administer organizational employee database through SAP Success Factors maintenance and provide relevant and accurate reports to ensure consistent and reliable HR information.
  • To administer and monitor talent and management information in order to support the sourcing, placement of employees.
  • To provide implementation support on HR Policies, processes and initiatives
  • To provide support on the recruitment services, onboarding, and termination processes.
  • To track and monitor leave, absenteeism, exits, post-employment interviews, identify issues and trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • To implement and administer payroll related activities to ensure consistent
  • Assist in the facilitation of Employment Equity and Skills Development Committee meetings.
  • To prepare and record accurate registers of training registers are fully completed and that relevant

documentation is transferred to the employee’s staff files where applicable for update of Workplace Skills plan and Annual Training report data.

  • To administer and report on wellness and related activities in order to provide management with applicable

Information.

Basic Qualifications

Other responsibilities as assigned or required

  • 3 years of work experience in HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing multinational company.
  • Understanding of HR Practices
  • Knowledge of recruitment and selection process administration
  • Knowledge of HR Database Administration
  • Project Management Administration

Education/Training Required

  • National Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in human resources or related areas preferred.
  • Experience in SAP (Success Factors)
  • MS Office, and MS Excel
