Role Purpose
Support the Head of Equilibrium with taking out the Equilibrium message, and building relationships with distribution channels and financial advisers. The role requires the person to implement the business sales and growth strategy.

Role Purpose
Support the Head of Equilibrium with taking out the Equilibrium message, and building relationships with distribution channels and financial advisers. The role requires the person to implement the business sales and growth strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or Investments
- CFP, CFA Level 1 or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Investment Distribution
- Drive and deliver on the Equilibrium’s purpose and
- Support the Head of Distribution to deliver on sales
- Bolster support for the DFM and Investment Consulting value proposition across various LISP
- Enable sales channels with the required knowledge and skills to position our
- Build the profile of Equilibrium in the market using traditional and disruptive
- Implementation of the distribution strategy to increase net flows in
- Actively disseminating the company's message, fostering connections with distribution channels and financial advisers, and contributing to the implementation of the business's sales and growth strategy.
- Enhance support for financial advisers by developing solution-oriented content, analyzing data to reinforce investment messages, and facilitating their transition into portfolios.
- Must be able to generate new and imaginative solutions in the workplace, try different ways to deal with business problems with unique techniques, find opportunities to grow the business, and increase the transition rate into the model portfolios.
- In partnership with Marketing, arrange events and campaigns to grow both the Equilibrium brand and the assets.
- Represent Equilibrium at conferences, investment panels, asset management, and industry events.
- Analyze and identify trends, using insights to facilitate the transition of assets into Equilibrium solutions.
