Job Profile

  • Manage Technical Coordinator and team of Installers and Technical Division (Helpdesk Technicians and Field Technicians)
  • Coordinate with Technical Coordinator on installations
  • Oversee technical activities, solve problems onsite, ensure bugs are tracked and reported
  • Lead regular technical meetings – cover new solutions, forum updates, bugs, software releases, and change requests
  • Liaise with Development and Quality teams on site-related issues
  • Ensure Troubleshooters are maintained and shared among staff
  • Oversee stock management – minimize delays and coordinate with Stores to meet demand
  • Maintain internal test benches with up-to-date software and test devices
  • Maintain communication with clients to understand and solve problems
  • Track value of services delivered to clients; record weekly targets
  • Drive one-time solutions for the tech team and clients
  • Monitor SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance per client – ensure timely response and resolution

Requirements

Education: Matric, Relevant Studies / Certificates

Experience: ±5–7 years, industry-related experience would be an advantage
