Customer Service Agent – Future Team Lead (Remote)


This isn’t just another support role—this is your shot to become the future team lead.

One of our clients is building a brand-new customer service team, and we’re hiring the very first agent to help launch it.


You’ll be the face of the operation, set the tone, and if you crush it—you’ll be first in line to move into a leadership role as we grow the team.


We’re a fully remote BPO company, and when we say opportunity—we mean it.


What you’ll be doing:


Be the primary point of contact for customer service calls and inquiries


Represent the client professionally and help establish a strong support presence


Handle customer concerns with confidence, clarity, and care


Learn the processes inside out so you can eventually help train future hires


Report directly to the client and our operations team—giving valuable feedback and insight


Grow with us into a Team Lead role as more agents are added


What we’re looking for:


2+ years of call center or customer service experience (required)


C1 level English—you’ll be the voice of the brand


Someone who’s confident, sharp, and ready to take initiative


High energy, dependable, and passionate about delivering a top-tier experience


Full-time availability with a long-term mindset—this is not temporary


Leadership experience is a big plus, but not required—we’ll help you grow into it

Work hours: 9am to 5pm EST

Full time, Monday through Friday.
