We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in our Cape Town Offices.

MRI Software is seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team and support the North American region. This role will support the execution and optimization of our email marketing campaigns, ensuring they engage, convert, and retain our audience. The ideal candidate will have experience in email marketing platforms, a keen eye for design, and an analytical mindset to improve performance across campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Email Campaign Management: Create, test, and launch email marketing campaigns, including promotional, informational and nurturing emails
  • List Management: Segment email lists for targeted campaigns and ensure optimal delivery through list maintenance and proper segmentation.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide regular reports to evaluate campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and design to continuously improve performance and maximize engagement.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all email campaigns adhere to industry best practices, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Pardot (preferred), Marketo or Hubspot)
  • Familiarity with email marketing automation and list management.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and user experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
