Job Overview
To effectively and efficiently manage the key sales performance outputs of the TruckStore Centurion sales division and managing the Agency model to ensure optimal sales performance and attainment of key strategic deliverables as defined by DTSA and aligned to established sales targets and objectives, whilst ensuring compliance to the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements Delegation of Authority and organisational processes.

Qualifications
- Matric + 3-year relevant qualification.
- Valid Code 14 License and PDP an advantage.
- 5-8 Years Automotive (Commercial Vehicle) experience in dealer network operations, sales, support environment.
- Computer literacy ( Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point).
- Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of the technical aspects and product features of commercial vehicles.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning, and management capabilities.
- Sales Expertise: Proficient in sales processes, systems, and methodologies.
- Relationship & Negotiation Skills: Skilled in building and managing relationships, with a strong aptitude for sales and negotiation.
- Key Attributes: Results-driven, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with strong conceptual thinking abilities.
- Professional Skills: Competent in business writing, negotiation, problem-solving, networking, and maintaining professional business etiquette.
- Strategic Understanding: In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles, organizational strategy, internal policies and procedures, and corporate governance standards
