Digital Marketing Specialist


Our partner company is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist. The candidate will establish and execute digital marketing strategies, playing an integral role in the marketing success of various brands.


Objectives of this role

· Comprehensive digital marketing scheduling and analytics for various brands. This includes all platforms including but not limited to Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.

· Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy for various brands.

· Work with a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to establish a strong digital presence for all brands.

· Daily monitoring of digital results and adaptation and optimisation of different campaigns and platforms to achieve excellent results.

· Identify, analyse, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience.

· Create and maintain a placement calendar to deliver targeted content.


Responsibilities

  • Schedule and analyse content for a number of brands’ social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
  • Research, track, and analyse consumer behaviours and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Monitor and provide input and suggestions on campaign budgets.
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital and social media trends, and implement them in marketing campaigns.


Must Have Skills


  • In-depth understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) custom report creation and property setup.
  • Deep understanding of digital metrics and performance indicators both on advertising platforms and website analytics.
  • Extensive knowledge in Google Ads campaigns setup, including Demand Gen and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Comprehensive understanding on the various digital campaign types within platforms and when to use them.
  • Understanding of how tracking tags are set up and managed across Google and Meta.
  • Competent in digital media research tools and tactics to determine campaign setup and audience defining.
