Description Of The Role And Purpose Of The Job

To manage fraud risk management engagements with efficiency and the required technical competence.

Minimum requirements to apply for the role (including qualifications and experience)

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 5-7 years’ experience at management level in Fraud Risk Management with at least 3 years exposure in a consulting environment
  • Must have relevant professional membership CFE or (FP)SA
  • Post graduate and or master’s degree in related field is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Driver’s licence and own transport
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Experience And Competencies

  • A deep technical understanding of fraud risk management (prevention, detection and response)
  • Fraud, Anti-bribery and Corruption laws, regulations and frameworks
  • Strategies and policy drafting and reviews
  • Understanding of ethics and ethical standards
  • Experience in performing fraud risk assessments and other fraud risk management practices such as training and awareness
  • A deep technical understanding of risk management and fraud risk assessments
  • A deep technical understanding of the use of technology in Fraud Risk Management
  • Report writing and presentation skills
