Responsibilities
The Role:
- Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations for Oracle HCM Cloud by replicating our worldwide success.
- Execute the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, driving customer success.
- Drive transformational deals, working with, and influencing C-level decision makers.
- Collaborate with high-performing, hard-working and supportive functions enabling your success.
- Develop long-term sustainable relations with customers and partners.
- Work with a variety of customers, from charities and healthcare trusts to large, multi-national strategic accounts.
- Our sales roles are a combination of new business, expansion, renewals, and account management.
- You understand the decision-making process and have the ability to influence key decision makers.
- Experience selling high-end Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions or consulting services to large enterprises.
- 5+ years proven sales experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud solutions.
- Passion for Human Resources and its related functions like Recruitment, Talent Management, Workforce Planning,…
- Experience in public speaking to represent Oracle HCM at Marketing events
- Experience selling to senior level business owners (head of business unit) or IT/HR Directors is a strong asset.
- Experience leveraging social media to drive prospects and customer engagement.
- Fluency in English mandatory.
