Role Overview: Ready to ditch the textbooks and dive headfirst into the real world of copywriting? As our Intern Copywriter, you'll be crafting words alongside seasoned pros, helping to dream up and execute campaigns that turn heads and move hearts (and products!). You'll be a conceptual ninja, a storytelling samurai, and a master of the concept, all while learning the ropes from the best in the biz. If you can work well with an art director (think: peanut butter and jelly, but with pixels and prose), we want you! What You'll Be Doing (Besides Drinking Coffee): Copywriting: Crafting great copy for everything from social media posts to print ads (and maybe even a radio spot or two!). Conceptualising: Brainstorming big ideas and helping to shape campaign concepts. Storytelling: Weaving narratives that grab attention and leave a lasting impression. Collaborating: Partnering with art directors to create visual masterpieces. Researching: Digging deep to understand target audiences and brand nuances. Proofreading: Because typos are the enemy of awesome. Learning: Absorbing everything you can from our talented team. What You'll need: A portfolio that proves you can write (and think!). Experience writing for different platforms (social, web, print – show us what you've got!). A basic understanding of advertising and marketing principles. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). A passion for advertising and a hunger to learn.
