Operations Manager - Financial services

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the smooth and effective functioning of our core business operations across multiple regions, specifically Zimbabwe and Malawi. This role involves managing daily funding operations, driving process efficiency, overseeing compliance and risk management, and supporting strategic execution. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with internal departments, regional teams, service providers, and senior leadership to optimise workflows, align operational goals with business objectives, and ensure consistent service delivery.
