Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an Agile team alongside Developers and Feature Analysts to deliver on business-led design objectives
- Design and deliver:
- User flows
- Wireframes
- UI mock-ups
- Hi-fi prototypes
- Design specifications and assets
- Ensure delivery aligns with stakeholder feedback, design system standards, and accessibility requirements
- Provide ongoing design QA and support during development and UAT cycles
- DCO Query Management
- Corporate Limit Management
- Business-to-Business Payments
- Consumer Mobile App Look & Feel
- Virtual Card Experience
- OmniHub Corporate Access
Deliverables must meet:
- Visual and UX consistency with brand guidelines
- Clear, responsive design principles
- Functional, mobile-first workflows
- Proper design system integration
- Stakeholder sign-off and QA readiness
- 4-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with proven Agile delivery
- Strong command of Figma and component-based design thinking
- Mobile and web UX experience, ideally with financial services platforms
- Comfortable facilitating design discussions and collaborating in high-performance teams
- Excellent attention to detail and usability best practices
