Job Description / Responsibilities

The job will involve the following:

  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand business needs and present tailored ERP solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and contribute to RFP responses.
  • Work closely with the Sales Executive to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, driving them through to successful closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, implementation, and support) to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and technical documentation to client stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Background And Experience Required

  • Years of Experience
  • Industry Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP software sales or enterprise technology consulting.
  • Strong understanding of ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business benefits.
