We are seeking a Junior Sales Account Representative to join our on-site team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience in telephonic sales, customer service, or call center environments, and possesses strong communication and phone etiquette skills. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored telecom solutions.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development efforts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient and personalized service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date client records, track account performance, and provide regular reports.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales techniques and account management skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telephonic sales, call center, or customer service roles.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Russian or French.
• Sales Advantage: Experience in B2B sales is a strong advantage.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with strong phone etiquette.
• Location: Based in Cape Town, South Africa. This is an on-site position.

Gross Salary:

• ZAR 12,000 – 14,000 per month, commensurate with experience and interview.
