What you will do:
Required:
- Manage and process LTC/DEMO placement requests.
- Consult with business stakeholders, including but not limited to Senior Management, Product Managers, and Sales teams.
- Coordinate and plan placements, ensuring that inventory is correctly placed at the customer site in alignment with relevant documentation and system setup.
- Provide completed documentation to the relevant departments as required.
- Create and update LTC/DEMO reports using appropriate systems and registers.
- Monitor the cost value of LTC/DEMO inventory and related sales returns. Raise awareness of underutilized sets by using ERP system reports to highlight performance and turnover.
- Record stock take results in systems and registers, ensuring all relevant documents and stock count sheets are signed off for the upliftment process.
- Validate and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Compile investigation findings with supporting documents, screenshots, and relevant data in an investigation pack.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve identified discrepancies.
- Analyze expiry reports and provide timely notifications of expiring stock to enable appropriate action.
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation, processing, and stock control related to LTC/DEMO inventory.
- Process amendment requests for LTC/DEMOs through the correct procedures, including documentation, registers, and system updates. Ensure accurate records of all updates.
- Analyze LTC/DEMO request frequency to justify the upliftment of inventory.
- Facilitate the completion, sign-off, and approval of LTC/DEMO upliftment documents.
- Coordinate product returns with appropriate documentation and processes.
- Support and collaborate with the warehouse, CSD, and Kitroom teams to meet overall operational objectives.
- Record and rectify all deviations or variances related to LTC/DEMOs, notifying the Kitroom Manager as necessary.
- Identify excess or slow-moving inventory and work with the Kitroom Manager to address these issues.
Required:
- Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory or order management.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
