We are looking for a passionate Sales & Ops Reporting Analyst Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This exciting role will support our cross-functional teams by ensuring alignment on key metrics, enabling informed decision-making, and driving business growth through high-quality, actionable reporting. As a key leader in the organization, you’ll design dashboards, analyze data trends, and collaborate with various departments to improve operational performance, automate processes, and guide strategic initiatives.
Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities

As a key leader in the organization, you’ll design dashboards, analyze data trends, and collaborate with various departments to improve operational performance, automate processes, and guide strategic initiatives.
Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities
Dashboard & Report Design:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and regular reports to track KPIs across Sales, Operations, and Customer Operations teams.
- Ensure reports are user-friendly, delivering real-time insights that empower teams to make informed decisions.
- Analyze sales pipelines, forecasting trends, and conversion metrics to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights that directly influence business strategy and operational improvements.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure data integrity across CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting efforts with business goals and operational needs.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and ensure data accuracy.
- Implement tools and systems to streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Provide data-driven insights for quarterly business reviews, board reports, and strategic planning cycles.
- Support decision-making processes with actionable insights that drive business objectives.
- Ensure alignment between sales compensation plans and performance reporting, maintaining transparency and fairness.
- Work with Sales and HR teams to ensure compensation structures accurately reflect performance and business results.
- Contribute to process enhancements and data governance initiatives to ensure consistency, scalability, and accuracy.
- Identify and act on opportunities to optimize reporting processes and uphold data quality across all platforms.
- Continuously enhance technical and professional skills by attending workshops, courses, and staying updated on industry trends.
- Regularly assess performance, seek feedback, and push for continuous improvement in reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or similar roles, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth startup environments.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong command of SQL, experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and a deep understanding of sales funnels and business operations.
- Knowledge of data warehousing tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) and familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Operational Efficiency: Ability to deliver accurate and timely reporting outputs aligned with business needs.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and develop scalable solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures data integrity and error-free reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with Sales, Ops, Finance, and other teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Communication: Capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences, including executives.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, quickly adjusting to new tools and evolving business needs.
