We are looking for a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager with UK tax experience to join our expanding Corporate Tax Advisory practice working with our team in the UK. The Role:
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of advisory assignments, including company reconstructions, mergers and acquisitions, share schemes, and venture capital schemes.
- Assisting in the management and development of junior team members by providing guidance and technical support on client projects.
- Acting as a key point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Working closely with senior team members and directors to contribute to business development efforts, helping to identify opportunities to support clients and grow the practice.
- Developing your expertise in corporate tax and building your professional reputation within the field.

- CTA or an equivalent qualification (e.g., ICAS tax qualification).
- Relevant post-qualification experience.
- Practical experience with UK corporate tax.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Proficient IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office.
- Highly motivated and committed to ongoing professional development.
