Role Purpose:
As the primary contact for clients, you will be responsible for fostering healthy relationships, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, managing, and growing the revenue in the accounts. Your role is crucial in driving profitable relationships, ensuring long-term success for both JustSolve and our clients.
Qualifications:
- Required: Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates
- Preferred: BSc/BA in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
NQF Level:
7
Experience:
4-5 years of experience in the software development, software licensing, and professional services industry
Technical Skills:
- Strong project management abilities
- Basic technical knowledge of relevant products and services
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Cultivate and retain healthy, profitable client relationships
- Identify and implement opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
- Develop and execute effective client retention strategies
- Collaborate with internal pre-sales teams to deliver tailored proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor account performance and proactively address any challenges
- Demonstrate financial acumen, problem-solving skills, and be client-oriented
