Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Support Technician, located in Cape Town with some work-from-home flexibility. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting technical issues, printer support, and computer repair. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, maintaining equipment, and ensuring optimal performance of IT systems for both onsite and remote employees.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Printer Support
- Computer Repair experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide support both onsite and remotely
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
- Previous experience in a flexible workspace environment is a bonus
