As a Network Lead Graduate you will work across the SAN Network functions as a project coordinator to improve process inefficiencies and internal SOP’s and internal policies.

The Position
As a Network Lead Graduate you will work across the SAN Network functions as a project coordinator to improve process inefficiencies and internal SOP’s and internal policies.
The Opportunity
- Work across all functions in identifying process inefficiencies and work on improving those to increase productivity and reduce process steps
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of key strategic projects in the network in line with the Network Leads guidance
- Work closely with the Office of the Network Lead to ensure enterprise-wide governance is maintained in line with local legislation and required regulations to maintain our license to operate
- Track key affiliate policies to ensure audit readiness and audit success
- Assist Office of the Network Lead and the SAN Leadership Team to work on initiatives to improve overall company culture and staff morale.
Qualifications and skills
- NQF 7 in Medical science and/or Project Management fields
- Organized, good planner, structured mindset
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Teamwork and great collaboration
