Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan covering mining, wind energy, and other industrial operations in the Northern Cape.
  • Develop clients through product demonstration & product delivery.
  • Meeting monthly quotas & submitting regular reports.
  • Closing sales & overcoming objections.
  • Cold calling & setting up face to face meetings.
  • Drive product usage & make recommendations accordingly.
  • Maintain visibility in the market & contribute to company’s success

Specific Qualifications For The Role Include

  • Based in the Northern Cape, the territory includes Northern Cape mining and industrial areas.
  • Minimum 3 years in technical sales, preferably within mining, wind, or heavy industry.
  • Daily Travel required; overnight travel may be necessary depending on customer location.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years.
  • Ability to generate business & build long-term customer relationships
  • Self- starter with strong organization & time management skills
  • Strong cold calling, networking, & appointment-setting skills
  • Excellent presentation skills & the ability to generate accurate quotes
  • Commitment to superior customer service.
  • Willingness to travel daily to meet customers.
  • Ability to work independently/ Remotely
  • Matric Certificate
  • Valid driver's license.
