Banking Learnership.

The purpose of the Learnership Programme is to provide young unemployed graduates with structured learning and workplace experience. The programme lasts for 24 months and offers work exposure in graduates' fields of study, along with training opportunities and mentorship to develop skills and practical knowledge.

Applicants must be South African citizens aged between 18 and 35 years, with and without tertiary qualifications. Graduates should have no prior work experience after their studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned duties professionally under mentorship.
  
• Develop skills in the relevant qualification area.
  
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
  
• Undertake research, prepare reports, memorandums, and presentations.
  

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of any tertiary qualification in one of the following areas:
  
• Mathematical Statistics/Data Science
  
• Agricultural Economics
  
• Business Management
  
• Finance (Financial Management/Cost & Management Accounting)
  
• Supply Chain Management
• Human Resource Management
• Clear Criminal Record (Background Check Will Be Done)
