Job Role – Project Assistant
As a Project Assistant you will support software implementation projects by performing administrative, and communication tasks. This role involves tasks like scheduling meetings, coordinating project resources, and managing project documentation, all while assisting the project manager in ensuring projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Managing project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Communication:
- Facilitating communication between project team members, and clients
- Logistics:
- Arranging meetings, travel, and other logistical needs for the project team.
- Project Monitoring:
- Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and alerting the project manager.
- Resource Management:
- Assisting with resource allocation and ensuring that resources are available when needed.
- Data Management:
- Maintaining project databases and other relevant data.
- Strong organisational skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic project management knowledge: Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Software knowledge: Previous experience using software solutions like CRM and other Project tracking systems (Jira, Trello, or MS Project)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: The ability to take initiative and also work collaboratively with others.
- Experience in a software implementation or related field is a plus: While not always required, experience in the software industry can be beneficial.

Salary Range
- R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per Month based on experience.
