We are seeking an Process Controller (m/f/d) to strengthen our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our facilities and will significantly contribute to maintaining our quality and safety standards.

We are seeking an Process Controller (m/f/d) to strengthen our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our facilities and will significantly contribute to maintaining our quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate all sections/areas of the plant
- Perform routine plant inspections
- Monitor and record process parameters
- Operate the plant on shift basis in coordination with maintenance, ESHA, and quality
- Update actual production data versus KPIs on shift basis
- Identify deviations, report them, and take corrective steps
- Assist the Team Leader with planning of shift activities
- Provide guidance and training to Process Controllers
- Follow production procedures and work instructions in compliance with Clariant ESHA Principles
- Ensure compliance to ESHA standards
- Adhere to 5S housekeeping system
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent with Math and Science
- 2-3 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in the petrochemical industry
- National diploma in Process or Chemical Engineering (would be an added advantage)
