About The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will support the delivery of core HR operations and compliance functions, contributing to the smooth running of key people processes. The role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and will work closely with internal stakeholders across the business.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and confident in managing multiple HR functions. They will be able to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and exit documentation, including exit interviews
- Coordinate and submit DG applications and MICT SETA-related compliance
- Track and support learnership and bursary administration
- Conduct background checks and maintain employee records
- Support the execution of performance reviews
- Schedule and coordinate company-wide meetings
- Provide regular reporting updates and maintain accurate HR trackers
- Draft employee letters and verify payroll/bonus letters
- Support payroll processing and PaySpace updates
- Maintain and update organisational charts
- Assist with ISO audit and documentation support
- 5+ years of experience in an HR role
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Solid understanding of DG funding processes and SETA requirements
- Proficiency in using HR systems and standard HR tools
- Comfortable in using various software tools
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in a tech or digital environment
- Experience using Payspace
