Finance Director

TB HIV Care (THC), is an established and highly respected nongovernmental organisation. TB HIV Care (THC), in existence since 1929, is an internationally recognised non-profit organisation. We provide health care services throughout South Africa to both the general population and communities at increased risk for HIV and TB, including adolescent girls and young women, sex workers, people who use drugs and inmates in correctional facilities. Purpose Of The Position

The Finance Director will be the primary point of contact to oversee all financial aspects of the organisation. Responsible for the overall financial management for all projects across the organisation including: project bookkeeping, reporting, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, administration, sub-recipients/sub-partners, payroll and staff management. Oversees the finance team, payroll team and the grants and compliance/legal team.
