Why this role exists

Own a lifecycle engine end-to-end—from strategy to execution—so every prospect and customer gets the right message at the right moment. You’ll architect sophisticated, data-driven campaigns, level-up this modern health care company's tech stack, and mentor a small but mighty team of operators

What you’ll do

  • Set the lifecycle strategy. Define segmenting, journeys, and testing plans across email, SMS, in-app, and paid social retargeting.
  • Build AND ship. Roll up your sleeves in HubSpot or HighLevel to launch complex workflows, nurture tracks, and revenue alerts.
  • Scale content ops. Own a 90-day editorial calendar and delegate production of copy, graphics (Canva/Figma), and short-form video (CapCut/Adobe).
  • Automate everything possible. Design multi-step Zapier/Make scenarios that sync HubSpot, Salesforce, GA-4, and data warehouses.
  • Dig into the numbers. Pull and clean data in Sheets/BigQuery, run cohort and funnel analyses, then present insights and next steps to leadership.
  • Lead & mentor. Coach two junior marketers (South-America-based) on best practices and hold weekly workflow reviews.
  • Partner cross-functionally. Align with Product, Sales, and RevOps on campaign timing, lead scoring, and attribution logic.
  • Pilot new tech. Vet AI tools for copy, design, and predictive send-time to keep us ahead of the curve.

Must-have Experience

  • 3+ years in lifecycle or marketing-automation roles, ideally at a SaaS or tech-enabled services company.
  • Deep fluency with HubSpot (or HighLevel) — building workflows, custom objects, and reporting.
  • Proven record scaling email & SMS programs to 50k+ contacts while improving key metrics (open, click, CVR, churn).
  • Advanced Zapier/Make skills (webhooks, branching, error handling).
  • Portfolio showing you’ve overseen or produced social/video/visual assets that drove measurable results.
  • Strong analytical chops: SQL basics, pivot tables, funnel math, and A/B test design.
  • Excellent written English; conversational Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report or agency pod.

Nice to have

  • Prior success at an agency juggling multiple brands or client accounts.
  • Hands-on with AI content or predictive-modeling tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Jasper, Mutiny, etc.).
  • Basic HTML/CSS and email-client QA know-how.
  • Familiarity with talent-tech or recruitment marketing.

First-90-day outcomes

  • Audit current lifecycle assets and present a road-map that closes the biggest revenue gaps.
  • Ship a multi-step email + SMS sequence that lifts MQL-to-SQL conversion by ≥15 %.
  • Reduce manual list pulls and CSV uploads to zero through new automations.
  • Stand up a live Looker/Sheets dashboard the exec team can use to track funnel health daily.
  • Deliver a skills-development plan for your junior teammates and run the first monthly up-skilling session.
