This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about clinical impact and thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative with a strong background in sports medicine to drive regional growth across Johannesburg and the greater Gauteng area.

• Promote and sell Ortho-Design’s product range to orthopaedic and sports medicine specialists, hospitals, and clinics.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, and procurement teams.
• Provide in-theatre product support, training, and technical assistance.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in both private and public healthcare.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and customer feedback.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical device sales, ideally in orthopaedics or sports medicine.
• Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in engaging medical professionals.
• A proven sales track record and familiarity with hospital sales processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to operate independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Gauteng.
