Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Production department requires a committed, hardworking and motivated individual to join their team. The successful candidate will report to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Assist in sorting various non-ferrous scrap material.
  • Maintain safe working procedures at all times.
  • Ensure that tasks are carried out as instructed by your managers.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with cleaning, sweeping and general housekeeping duties.
  • Required to work nightshifts and overtime as determined by operational requirements.
  • Other general ad-hoc duties as required by you manager.

Position Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Ability to function efficiently in pressurized work situations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Standard hours 07h30 – 17h00: Monday to Thursday

07h30 – 16h00: Friday
