Junior Data Analyst: Sales

We’re hiring a Junior Data Analyst to join our Sales Department in Rosebank. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their data career who’s passionate about turning numbers into meaningful insights for a dynamic, target-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Data collection and cleaning from CRM and spreadsheets.
• Creating reports and dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Assisting in forecasting and pipeline analysis.
• Ad-hoc insights and performance tracking.
• Collaborating cross-functionally and supporting data integrity.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• National Senior Certificate/Grade 12
• A degree in Data Science, Business, or related fields.
• 2 - 3 years experience
• Proficient in VLOOKUP and the IF function in excel (Advanced Excel skills)
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Exposure to SQL and data tools (Sisense is used here).
• CRM knowledge (Salesforce/HubSpot is a bonus).
• Clear criminal record
