This role is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on sales performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions and improve overall sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimizing performance through data.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Performance Monitoring Analyst to join our Sales Agent Support team. This role is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on sales performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions and improve overall sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimizing performance through data.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, sign-ups, cards issued/activated).
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in sales performance.
- Collaborate with Group Agent Support Manager, Sales Managers and Jnr Agent Support Managers to provide actionable insights.
- Support forecasting and target-setting processes with historical data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM and reporting tools.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by leadership.
- Accuracy and timeliness of performance reports
- Improvement in sales team productivity metrics
- Reduction in reporting errors or data discrepancies
- Stakeholder satisfaction with insights and reporting tools
- 2+ years of experience in a performance analysis, sales operations, or business intelligence role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- SQL or other data querying languages
- Experience in a sales-driven or target-based environment
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and funnel management
