A vacancy for a Vehicle Invoicing Clerk exists at our Commercial dealer client in Roodepoort.
Must have Evolve /Automate and minimum 3 years' experience in motor retail.
Duties & Responsibilities
Invoice vehicles
Bring cars into stock
Receiving & verifying supplier invoices
Processing fuel
Requesting natis docs from the bank and dealerstock
assisting with license & registration
Checking deal files at month end
Clear month end reports (unreceive cost & est vs actuals)
