Job Description
Key Performance Areas.
KPA 1:Effectively and efficiently support the dispatch function
KPI
1.1. Collect processed orders from the assembly area.
1.2. Conduct visual inspection on the goods to be dispatched.
1.3. Confirm issued goods with reference to the goods issue slips.
1.4. Organize goods on the pallets as per dispatch schedule.
1.5. Stage goods according to laid down procedures for final approval.
1.6. Report discrepancies and refer problems to Stores Supervisor
1.7. Assist with loading of goods in the collection vehicles manually or using forklift or stacker.
KPA 2:Liaise with Dispatch Administrator and Ensures housekeeping
KPI
2.1. Align with Dispatch Administrator regarding order preparation as per broadcast schedule.
2.2. Generate waybill and record goods to be dispatched if and when required.
2.3. Adequate labelling of goods to be dispatched.
2.4. Sort and stage all plastic pallets for inhouse reuse.
2.5. Sort and stage all wooden pallets and store in outside designated area
2.6. Uphold office workplace cleanliness
2.7. Assist Dispatch Administrator in resolving queries related to goods deliveries.
KPA 3:Support related activities
KPI
3.1. Assist with stock take at annual / monthly / cycle counts.
3.2. Assist in physical loading / offloading of goods using the forklift or stacker.
3.3. Perform other store related duties if and when required (stock picking, stock put away, etc.)
3.4. Comply with all relevant Stores SOP and all other SOP impacting on Stores Department.
