My client is a successful HR Consultancy based in Cape Town, renowned for their comprehensive and customized HR solutions. Their dynamic team is dedicated to helping businesses thrive by providing expert advice and tailored services. They are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable B-BBEE Consultant to join their highly regarded team of experts.

As a B-BBEE Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert B-BBEE consulting services to a diverse range of clients. Your role will involve assessing B-BBEE compliance, developing strategies to optimize B-BBEE scores, and guiding clients through the verification process. You will work closely with clients to implement sustainable transformation strategies while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, all within the context of Skills Development and Employment Equity plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct B-BBEE assessments and gap analysis for clients.
• Develop and implement optimal B-BBEE strategies aligned with Skills Development & Employment Equity Strategies.
• Advise clients on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Facilitate B-BBEE verification processes and documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in B-BBEE legislation and related regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
  
  

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Business, Law, Human Resources, or similar).
• B-BBEE consulting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of B-BBEE legislation and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
