The Growth Marketing Team is responsible for creating innovative onboarding journeys for customers, managing activities across all stages of the customer experience and engaging with new audiences.
The purpose of a Growth Marketer role is to develop and execute strategies to rapidly increase the growth rate of our business and product. This typically means finding creative, out of the box ways to acquire new customers and increase revenue. You must also stay up to date on the latest trends and technology to ensure that your strategies remain relevant and successful. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, analyzing user trends, and identifying areas for improvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, analyzing user trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:
- Understand the possible target audiences available out there that can drive high value casino customer traffic.
- Find ways to efficiently and effectively place ads and creatives on platforms that drive depositing customers
- Enable the ability to target these audiences effectively across any platform we see fit using any technology.
- Provide technical expertise, advice and best practices to internal stakeholders
- Implementation and onboarding of new tools and online marketing technologies (retargeting, web analytics, display, socials etc)
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Work with other marketing teams to aid placement of product / content in the eyes of the target audiences.
- Ensure no duplication by leveraging internal resources effectively.
- Manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads,X, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for improved performance.
- Create and execute content marketing campaigns, including email, blog posts, and social media.
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Essential Skills You’ll Bring To The Table
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
- 3 years proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Proficiency with analytics tools
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms
- A track record of pioneering new approaches or tools in growth marketing.
It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:
- Email marketing experience
- Experience in the iGaming or casino industry.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
- Experience working with AI-driven marketing tools.
- Understanding of mobile app marketing and App Store Optimization
- Understanding of niche marketing techniques for the casino Industry.
- Strong network of contacts in the digital advertising and affiliate marketing space.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Expertise in alternative traffic acquisition and leveraging loopholes in marketing platforms is highly valued.
