Internal Sales

My client, a dynamic interior design company, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join their small but high-performing team. The company provides end-to-end interior design solutions, including a design department, product sales division, and interior decorating services.

We are looking for a mature and motivated team player who thrives under pressure and takes initiative. This is a fast-paced role that requires resilience, multitasking, and a strong focus on accuracy and organisation.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 23 years or older
• Valid South African driver's license
• National Senior Certificate (Matric)
• At least 2 years' experience in sales, administration, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail (this is essential)
• Ability to multitask effectively - approximately 15 projects are handled simultaneously
• Well-organised and admin-focused
• Able to work well under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and understand architectural/house plans is advantageous
• Analytical thinking for product assessments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn new systems - training on QuickBooks will be provided
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Generate detailed quotes for products such as flooring, sanitaryware, lighting, etc.
• Contact suppliers for pricing and availability
• Place product orders and generate purchase orders
• Manage daily logistics coordination, including collections and deliveries with internal drivers
  
  

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 07:30 AM - 17:00 PM

(Position is based on-site, not remote)
