Senior Restaurant General Manager - Rosebank

We are currently seeking a senior General Manager for a trendy exclusive upmarket Restaurant in Rosebank. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of Restaurant management experience, with at least 5 years in a GM role. Strong operations management skills are required, as the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must present themselves in a professional manner, with excellent communication skills. We are looking for a hardworking team leader who thrives under pressure, with experience in a busy high end Restaurant environment being essential. Candidates must be proficient in staff management & training, stock control, Restaurant administration, and opening & closing procedures.
