An Airport Ticket Agent Assistant, also known as a Ticketing Agent or Customer Service Agent, assists passengers with their flight bookings, ticketing, and other related needs within the airport environment. They primarily handle in-person assistance at check-in counters and can also assist with flight inquiries, changes, and upgrades.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to passengers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.   
  • Ticketing and Reservations: Assisting with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and issuing tickets.   
  • Check-in and Boarding: Guiding passengers through the check-in process, checking baggage, and ensuring they are properly boarded.   
  • Information and Support: Providing accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies, and assisting with other airport-related needs.   
  • Sales and Upgrades: May also be responsible for promoting and selling additional airline products and services, such as upgrades or baggage allowance.
