Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist in leading and motivating front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Maintain high service standards and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Help manage stock levels and monitor quality control.
- Ensure compliance with Halaal standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Support the coordination between kitchen and service teams to deliver a great customer experience.
- Assist in handling minor maintenance or operational issues as they arise.
- Consistent delivery of excellent guest service.
- Smooth coordination between team members during service.
- Adherence to Halaal and health and safety standards.
- Positive staff morale and cooperation.
- Prompt attention to operational issues.
- Experience in a supervisory or shift-leading role in a busy hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with Halaal requirements (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A hands-on, team-oriented approach with a passion for service.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
