Company Description

The Reporting & Analytics Executive will be responsible for creating media performance reports for Agencies. This will be done through a combination of pulling report data from the different platforms and working in close collaboration with Paid Media Team & Agency to receive insights and optimization that was done. You would need to be experience and be comfortable in going into Digital Platforms to pull reports.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Agencies & Paid Media Team in gathering reporting requirements, deadlines & share reporting templates format/s.
  • Ensure continues collaboration & alignment with internal team & agency partners.
  • Manage the retrieval of data from the platforms to be populated on the templates.
  • Create accurate calculated fields should the report template be in excel.
  • Define Quality Assurance guidelines and manage QA processes to ensure the data on the reports are accurate.
  • Manage reporting timelines to meet deliverable deadlines.
  • Be in communication to Agencies & Paid Media Team and raise issues with the line manager as required.
  • Build strong working relationships with team members, market teams, and client teams to ensure seamless operations and successful delivery of reports.
  • Always be accountable for the successful delivery of reports.
  • Produce accurate performance data, insight & recommendations on reports.
  • To deliver ongoing incremental media improvements through data that will result in optimized ROI.
  • Should Taxonomy/Naming conventions not being followed in the platforms bring it to the attention of your line manager to uphold Taxonomy/Naming conventions standards.
  • Work collaboratively with Agencies, Paid Media Team, Global teams, third party and creative agencies.
  • Keep all Digital platform/s certifications up to date and participate in required training sessions.
  • As part of reporting specialist growth be part of up skilling on Dashboarding

Knowledge/Skills

  • Experience in data management, marketing analytics, and/or technology.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels (search, social, and programmatic etc.) and digital media metrics.
  • Familiar with Dashboarding software (Datorama, Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBi etc.)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, time management & QA-focused
  • Flexibility to work in a cross-functional team and the initiative to solve problems independently.
