We're growing fast, and we’re looking for an Automations Specialist (Operations Specialist) to support our day-to-day operations and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

We're growing fast, and we’re looking for an Automations Specialist (Operations Specialist) to support our day-to-day operations and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with different department leads to understand and enhance processes.
- Document and refine SOPs when new processes are launched or existing ones need updating.
- Build and manage automations using HubSpot Workflows and Zapier.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain documentation of automations per department.
- Offer onboarding and admin support within the Business Operations team.
- Jump in to help with other administrative tasks as needed.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot backend (automations, object/data management).
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Zapier (creating and refining workflows).
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace—especially Google Sheets.
- Naturally curious, eager to learn new tools, and always looking for better ways to do things.
- Able to break down complex processes and communicate clearly.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities across different teams.
- Experience with Apollo.io or Instantly.ai.
- A knack for solving problems and a proactive approach.
- Great attention to detail—especially when working with data.
- A team-first attitude and excellent communication skills.
- A reliable desktop or laptop (minimum Ryzen 3 or Core i3 with 8GB RAM).
- Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps via LAN).
- Backup internet connection (at least 5 Mbps).
- Access to backup power or a backup location in case of outages.
