Role Purpose
Grow the business by producing quality tenders and supporting business marketing initiatives. Manage the overall tender process from start to finish for the purpose of ensuring tender submission for new business.

Requirements
- Degree in Communication, Journalism, Linguistics, Legal, Business or related field. Essential.
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and communications environment.
- Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing
- Experience in project management
- Experience in a legal and/or tender environment would be beneficial.
- Specialist experience in drafting tender documents.
- Knowledge of digital and technological communication platforms.
- Knowledge of brief development and execution.
- Business operations knowledge.
- Project management knowledge.
- Technical knowledge of the Momentum Health’s products (desirable)
- Knowledge and understanding of corporate and company documentation.
- Understanding of legal terminology used in tender documents.
- Experience in and understanding of healthcare industry would be advantageous.
- Must have Employee Assistant Programme knowledge.
INTERNAL PROCESSES
- Manage the end-to-end tender submission process, ensuring compliance with client specifications.
- Conduct desktop research on public and private sector tender opportunities.
- Set up a tender project team, allocate timelines, and coordinate all necessary meetings.
- Draft, write and proofread tender proposal documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Maintain and update the shared tender library with relevant information.
- Oversee the design of professional packaging of tender documents.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and manage follow-ups, including additional requests and clarifications.
- Coordinate adhoc projects ensuring alignment with company strategy.
- Organise and oversee site visit events.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of events and site visits as required.
- Identify the most appropriate technologies for communication and collaborate with various stakeholders for the effective implementation of initiatives.
- Support business optimisation in terms of branding, business growth and marketing.
- Perform post campaign evaluations and produce reports for stakeholders.
- Conceptualise, give direction on design and implement a brief / or project from a stakeholder
- Brief the creative team on requirement for the project and ensure they deliver accordingly
- Measure success of projects/tenders and provide feedback and insights to develop improvements for future projects
- Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
- Make recommendations to improvement tenders, presentations, positioning, site visits within area of responsibility
- Participate and contribute to a culture which build rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service
- Liaise with potential clients to gather key information relevant to tenders.
- Facilitate meetings with executives, product owners, and other stakeholders.
- Provide constructive feedback to suppliers after events and site visits and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with professional designers and agencies for tender/sales materials.
- Maintain client relationships and assist with positioning strategies and writing persuasive pitches. Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders
- Positively influence and participate in change initiatives
- Continuously develop own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislation knowledge
- Contribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing and implementation of new ideas
- Take ownership for driving career development
- Contribute to sourcing competitive quotes to minimise expenditure, in alignment with operational plans.
- Identify opportunities to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency.
- Provide input into the risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum.
- Arrange and process payments for tender documentation where necessary.
- Source and manage stationery, marketing tools, gifts, and promotional items within budget constraints, as and when needed.
