Your contribution to the energy transition
- As a Human Resources Administrator, you will provide administrative support within the HR department. The role will report to the Head of Human Resources. You can look forward to the following tasks.
- Assist with the recruitment pipeline
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Conduct reference checks and pre-employment checks
- Prepare HR documents (e.g. employment contracts; employment letters and new hire guides)
- Coordinate and maintain all employee documentation: employment contracts, onboarding packs, collect documentation
- Maintain induction mapping schedule and set induction meetings
- Coordinate and maintain all employee training documentation (e.g. training request forms; training invoices; training evaluation forms; training certificates)
- Maintain electronic personnel records (e.g. store hard copy files electronically)
- Update internal communication and databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Review timesheets to ensure leave correctly recorded and hours allocated to projects
- Handle general admin tasks within the HR team
- Maintain company organization chart
- Assist the HR team during high workload periods
- Assist with the HR team with ad hoc duties and HR projects when required
You impress us with these qualifications:
- National Diploma or Degree in HR
- 3-4 years’ proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Proven work experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications - Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Thorough knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude and approach to work
- High integrity and commitment to confidentiality
- Independent work ethic balanced with strong team collaboration skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Resilience and self-confidence
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Great at multitasking, managing time and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
