Role overview

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven German Speaking B2B Sales Representative to join their remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and developing new business opportunities within corporate and enterprise-level organisations across German-speaking markets. This is a pure business-to-business (B2B) sales role focused on building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth.


Job Type: Full time/Permanent

Location: South Africa

Workplace: Remote

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00

Public Holidays: Off on German public holidays; required to work on South African public holidays


Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1 level or higher) and English
  • Strong sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote, self-managed environment
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and sales tools experience
  • Candidates must be South African citizens or permanent residents (PR holders)


Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms in native-level German
  • Manage full-cycle sales: from lead qualification to closing
  • Provide product/service information tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
