- Manage Operation's Director diary.
- Assist in the co-ordination and planning of site visits.
- Arrange travel when and as necessary.
- Consolidate and compile Monthly operations reports in preparation for EXCO reporting.
- Arrange and facilitate the monthly operations meetings.
- Receive and distribute the necessary communications with the team
- Assist with administration as and when required by the Ops Director
- Collect and compile documents required for Ops Director sign off/approval/feedback and communicate this with relevant managers.
- Ensure all contract information is updated, filled accordingly and shared with Legal.
- Ensure all client details is updated accordingly.
- Ensuring new FMs/Site Leads have the necessary devices and accounts opened (arrange for the set-up of laptops and emails, etc)
- Must be service oriented.
- Work independently.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Team orientated individual.
- Ability to act quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must have positive disposition and personality.
- Grade 12 (non-negotiable)
- Computer literacy
- A Secretarial or Office Administrator certificate/diploma would be an advantage
- Excellent customer relation skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organise and control own work effort.
