Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) is becoming Klipboard and our new brand is designed to bring together our expertise across distribution, automotive, retail, rental, transport management, manufacturing, and field service management. We have offices based across the world and we are looking for talented individuals to join our growing teams. Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and review internal compliance reporting data
- Provide actionable insight and data on KPIs
- Create a dashboards, visualisations, insights and data analysis for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting
- Create and complete an annual insight and people report, which can be used for multiple forums, meetings and submissions
- Identify areas of innovation to increase efficiency and automation of data and system processes
- Develop and support reporting processes
- Monitor and audit data quality and integrity inc. a regular HRIS data change audit
- Collate data from multiple relevant sources to gain a thorough understanding of the people data within KCS
- Complete datasheets for importing into the HRIS system, as required
- Configure and update the HRIS system, as required
- Work with the People Operations Director to administer the HRIS system inc. ensuring access permissions are correct and preparing user guides
- Providing guidance and support to other People Team members with their reporting and analysis, as required
- Work closely with the data solutions COE (Group Technology), to utilise their skills and experience to support improvements within the people team data and technology area
- Complete ad hoc reporting for the People Team, as required
- Any other duties commensurate with the role as outlined by the People Operations Director or Chief People Officer
- Proven experience of working with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- High level of computer literacy, especially HRIS or similar systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience of using tooling and systems to create data pipelines, insights, visualisations and dashboards, such as PowerBi, Databricks, Tableau, MS Azure
- Experience of using multi-source and/or complex data to provide insights and understanding
